Smiff is a Noolin from the planet Nevenell. Smiff is a first born Noolin which means unlike his brothers or sisters he was groomed to walk on two legs and interact with other aliens on behalf of his family. Unfortunately Smiff interacts via annoyance and while he can walk on two legs, he chooses to zip around via hovercraft, bugging everyone from Nevenell's large Moon to the end of its planetary tail.
